Frequently asked questions
What are your products made from?
Our candles and wax melts are made from 100% natural soy wax. The fragrance oils we use are all vegan friendly and cruelty free. Our candles are then finished off with an ethically sourced maple wooden wick.
How do I look after my candle?
When first lighting your candle, please burn your wick until the wax surface is completely melted, it usually takes between 1-2 hours & will prevent your candle from 'tunnelling' & prolong your candles life.
How do I look after my reed diffuser?
Why wooden wicks?
The wide horizontal wick creates a melt pool much faster than standard cotton wicks, meaning your candle fragrance will fill the room much quicker. Wooden wicks also produce a cleaner, longer and more even burn meaning your candle will burn right down to the bottom of the glass. They also produce a crackle while they burn, creating a more immersive experience when using your candle.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of being recieved. They will then be sent via Royal Mail second class post which usually takes 2-3 workings days.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We do not offer overseas delivery as a checkout option, however we would be happy to look in to delivery costs for anyone who wishes to order or send our products overseas. For any enquiries relating to shipping please email email@example.com
Can I stock your products in my shop or on my website?
Yes. For more information please email firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I use my wax melts?
Start off by using 2 cubes from our signature range or large 100g botanical range wax melt snap bars or 1 rectangle piece from the 45g botanical range snap bar. You can always add to this if you want a stronger scent throw. 2 squares or 1 rectangle will produce between 6-8 hours of fragrance. Once the fragrance begins to fade, clean out your wax burner using soap and water and repeat.
